Our Admissions Process
Crown Kindergartens is able to claim on your behalf for the early years funding currently available for all 9 mths, two, three and four year olds (subject to parent’s eligibility). However, as we do not typically operate on a term time basis and instead offer childcare across 51 weeks of the year, we stretch this funding across the entire year.

Book a tour
The first step in your Crown journey is to book a tour, meet the staff and children, at a time and date that suits you.
Registration
If you love the nursery as much as us and you’re ready to enrol your child, we’ll be delighted to share our registration forms and T&Cs with you.
We require a £500 deposit payment which is taken off your first month’s fees. No admin fees to pay here. Once we receive your deposit, your child’s nursery place is guaranteed for the start date and days required on your registration form.
If we don’t have availability, your details will be added to our waiting list free of charge. Don’t worry, will remain in contact throughout your waiting list journey.
Settling In
The Nursery Manager will be in contact approximately one month before your child is due to start and they will provide information on what to bring and guide you through the whole settling in process.
